GearSwap is the all-in-one operating platform for auto recyclers: the wreckers, dismantlers and salvage buyers who keep Australia's and New Zealand's cars on the road. Built in Sydney by operators who run yards themselves, it brings auction buying, vehicle intake, dismantling, inventory, point of sale, invoicing, customer comms and multi-channel selling into a single cloud system, with proprietary AI woven through the work rather than bolted on the side. It is designed to replace what the industry has limped along on for twenty years (fragmented desktop software, a wall of spreadsheets and a whiteboard), giving yards one source of truth for the stock, the staff, the sales and the money.

Auction Intelligence
GearSwap AI turns a set of auction photos into a buying decision. Point it at a listing and GearSwap's proprietary AI Visual Analysis reads the damage across twenty-one body zones, estimates the repair bill and projected parts yield, and returns a suggested maximum bid, all in under a minute.
It runs the same rule serious operators buy on: the bid plus the repair is the real price, and it only makes sense measured against clean market value, so every car is presented as full maths rather than a tempting hammer price.
Round-the-clock coverage of the major auction houses, live lot feeds, sold-price history and buyer intelligence mean yards stop guessing at auction and start buying like the numbers say they should.

Marketplace
GearSwap Marketplace is a purpose-built marketplace for recycled and aftermarket parts, designed around how the trade actually shops.
Search is fitment-first, so buyers find the right part for their exact vehicle instead of scrolling mislabelled listings, and every part carries honest A to D condition grading from verified yards.
Heavy-parts freight, secure checkout and seller ratings are built in, giving DIY mechanics, workshops and trade buyers a trustworthy place to buy, and giving yards a national shopfront for stock that used to sit on a shelf.

MyBusiness
GearSwap MyBusiness runs the yard's day-to-day from one place. Vehicles come in with VIN decode, move through guided dismantling, and land in QR-labelled inventory that flows straight to the counter for point of sale, quotes and invoicing with live Xero sync.
From the same screen, yards list parts across their own store, the GearSwap Marketplace, eBay, Shopify, Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree, and sell it once to have it delist everywhere.
Every SMS, email, call and marketplace message lands in a single inbox, and the phone is answered around the clock by GearSwap Intelligence, so enquiries turn into sales instead of missed calls after hours.

Native utility token · P2P parts trust layer
$GEAR is where we're taking trust next: a native utility token that brings smart-contract escrow to peer-to-peer parts trading. Today's platforms leave private sellers and flippers exposed, because credit card protection only covers merchant transactions and nobody holds the money safely in between.
$GEAR is designed to fix that. Funds will sit in smart-contract escrow until both buyer and seller confirm they are happy, disputes will be settled transparently against evidence recorded on-chain, and wallet-linked reputation will follow a trader for good, so the same scammer cannot resurface under a fresh alias.
For a market like Australia it also means lower FX costs on cross-border deals and no jurisdictional dead-ends when something goes wrong. It is early days, and we will share more as $GEAR moves from design to live, but the goal is simple: make buying a part from a stranger three states away as safe as buying from the yard down the road.
